Just start
Sometimes we might lose, others we will win. The choice is in our hands.
If you wanna know how to stop procrastinating and have your full potential unlocked, read this post.
To achieve this goal, we should set up a schedule with our aims and stay with it. But I know it isn't that easy and we can lose our minds trying to do that. But here goes a video where you can learn how to do the best schedule.
The remaining one isn't mine, that's just a nice one I found on Google.
And here goes the title of this post: just start. As well said, the best day to start was 10 years ago and the second one is today. So let's do it.
Now I invite you to imagine you are two steps away from your dream. Your desired behavior, your new habit, whatever.
You are between a hollow space and to wake up early, to save money, lose 20 kilograms ... And so on. What you need to do is to create a bridge.
You must apply effort for doing that. This will be your schedule. If well done it will guide you to the other side, if don't you will stay afraid and imagine a would-be or rather do.
Fear runs in our veins when we are prone to do something big or at least important to us.
As an example, you can imagine that I threw a pen for you to pick up. You aren't scared of doing that since a pen isn't that important. However, if I am trowing a cell phone to you, though... Your heart will beat faster and you will feel worried.
Remember that: apprehension means something is important and it is when we are full of panic that we are having our best opportunities. That's when we should give a fuck about the fear and go anyway.
In those moments when we are fearful of doing wrong things and destroying that dream, we are paralyzed. We stop and tell others about our goals but without doing anything to achieve them.
This wasn't what I did. It would be painful in the beginning, though to stop and do nothing would be worse.
When I started this blog I was full of fear. Afraid of don't get any followers or views. Inasmuch I changed my mindset and took it as a way to improve my English and to master my writing skills, I got it and I took it in a way that would be positive to me.
If I succeed I would be happy and if I don't I would learn a lot about SEO, writing, English, and communication.
So I was in a gain-gain process.
And here goes a pretty important tip: Transform your goal in a gain-gain procedure.
This way you won't have an excuse for don't do it.
As well said, success is a matter of point of view.
What about you? What is success to you?
I'd love to read your comments below.
Best wishes!
