Don't forget your body is energy. Everything around us is energy. And different from the law of the opposites' attraction, in real life, you attract what is in the same vibration as you. So, if you wanna attract happiness, you need to feel it, if you wanna have money, you need to vibrate at that frequency.
The most important tip: take care for don't vibrate in lack, 'cause sometimes we want something so hard that we can turn up with our energy sharing this constant absence.
The more you share an emotion, the less you will feel it, and the less you will see it in your life because if you are not happy, you won't be interested in anything else but yourself to get back into a state of balance again." It's as if I'm looking at the world from a higher perspective where everything is beautiful and perfect and there is only love all around us; yet in my physical reality, everything seems hopeless and unbalanced, as if I have lost my way completely! I am feeling like I am still caught up in my old patterns as if I was being pushed down by them, and I'm seeing myself in a very small place in my mind, feeling powerless, frustrated, and unable to make change happen.
I know that it is time for me to move on with my life and leave this situation behind me forever, but I don't know how to let go of it yet, and I feel like I need to do something, anything before it is too late."_ The process of getting out of an emotionally destructive relationship requires courage and determination, and most of the time we can see it coming—we can anticipate our exit strategy quite easily! We are clear about what we want, even though we may not be clear enough about what to do with the feelings that come with it.
Maybe your situation is a little different: Your partner has done some serious damage to you, and he/she has hurt or offended you deeply (and there's no way you can undo those wounds). But you have reached a point where you can't take it anymore; you're ready to leave—whether for good or for more temporary reasons like safety or to protect yourself from further abuse. Either way, it doesn't matter if the relationship was bad before or whether you think the other person is worth keeping around.
You may feel as though you'll never be happy again, but there are many ways to achieve that goal without becoming codependent on the abusive person and with fewer risks of falling back into your old pattern of dependence on someone else who will hurt you again and again, unless you learn how to deal with him or her effectively now.
Here lies a strategy that may help you break free: Do not blame yourself for being in this situation, because blaming others and yourself leads nowhere except deeper into denial about what has happened to you.
The following yearning to be a little girl who were very nice, you must know more of the things we need to do is to make our work as citizens in your family or friends. When I speak with those who are new to meditation, we’d like to connect with you, but they don't know what to look for, and then after a while, they ask me about my meditation, and I will tell them everything you can find out how to get started.
The first thing you need to do is just stop thinking about yourself and begin to think about other people instead. Meditation is not a selfish activity - it's something that takes you beyond yourself so you can be more compassionate, more understanding, and more loving towards others around you in any way possible, whether you like them or dislike them, if you understand them or don’t understand them, whatever they believe in or don’t believe in, in any way at all - no matter what they say or do to you, they are still there to support you, to give you strength and guidance, and to be of service to you when you are feeling down and discouraged.
And so it is with God and the Universe – they exist for us always, even though we may not perceive them at times, and they will never leave our side as long as we need them to be there for us, to give us the love and help we require, and to remind us how precious we really are, because when we remember our true self-worth, we then realize that everything else around us does not have the power to affect us negatively, but only positively, as long as we remain positive ourselves.

Hi. I must admit, I'm not much of a fan of the law of attraction and daily affirmations, although I understand the concept. I keep it extremely simple using a very memorable quote from Napoleon Hill, author of Think and Grow Rich. If you can conceive it and believe it, you can achieve it.
ReplyDeleteIf you have a strong belief and never waiver from that belief, work hard consistently to accomplish, you can blow by any obstacle that come you way.
That's it. When we believe something has a chance to happen we will fight for that. This way our chances to achieve success will be bigger. However, when we think something is impossible we block our actions and don't even try.
